Начитавшись все протеворечивые отзывы очень переживала какой придёт товар и придёт ли вообще. Но только зря волновалась, всё пришло довольно быстро в маленькие сроки за 4 дня до Московской области, получала на кассе в Пятерочки. Всё хорошо, надёжно упаковано, соответствует фото и описанию продавца. Очень довольна покупкой и супер быстрой доставкой. Щетка классная, шикарная, оправдала все мои ожидания, работает замечательно, со своей задачей справляется на пять с плюсом. Комплектацию можно выбрать по своему желанию. Все принадлежности запаяны в индивидуальный пакет, есть USB кабель, на основной щётке имеется колпачок(держится хорошо не спадает). Щётка имеет 5 режимов работы со светодиодным индикатором и индикатор зарядки который мигает при низкой зарядки. Гнездо питания с низу щётки, имеется защитная крышка, насадки менять легко, чуть повернуть в сторону. Пришло в красивой коробке, можно брать на подарок, жёсткость щёток средняя.
