Terms and Conditions for the Mystery Gift Box

Mystery Gift Boxes will be choosen by me – Pari Arta, and they can not be exchanged with anything else. 

With purchasing Mystery Gift Box you agree with it’s content.


All Mystery Gift Boxes will be dispatched on the same, or next, working day.

Boxes will be sent free of charge, via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. Royal Mail estimates that these boxes will arrive within 2-5 working days, including Saturdays.

When sending a Mystery Gift Box, we – DorisQueen.com – take every measure possible to ensure that the items within the box arrive at the final destination safely. Regrettably though, due to the rough nature of the parcel’s journey through Royal Mail, and other couriers, some items are damaged in transit. If you have a damaged item in your box, please email us at info@dorisqueen.com with a description of the damage, and images, and we will do our utmost to replace the item for you. We – DorisQueen.com – do not accept any liability for injuries sustained from items within the box, broken or otherwise.


Our most important promise; if you are not happy with your Mystery Gift Box, we will offer you a full refund of the price of the Mystery Gift Box. 


We will always endeavour to process your refund for you immediately- however, during peak periods, please allow us 48 hours for us to action your refund.

Once the refund request has been actioned, this can take up to 5-10 working days to appear in your account.
